  1. EXHIBITED PRICES

All of the prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website, for which they constitute an offer to the customer, are understood to be VAT excluded; they are net of transportation costs, which will be clearly displayed before the completion of the order, if the total order value is less than 100 €.

  1. ORDER CONFIRMATION

BPro SpA may discretionarily request an e-mail confirmation of the order from the customer.

  1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If an order were to exceed the quantity in stock, BPro SpA will communicate within 72 hours the unavailability and the possible waiting time for fulfilling the order; if the customer does not agree to wait for the delivery time necessary, the contract will be deemed terminated. (BPro will immediately cancel the payment).

  1. WARRANTY

All of the products offered by BPro SpA are covered by the (Italian) manufacturer's warranty for conformity defects. Damage caused by poor use is not guaranteed and we will not be responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the products we sell. If the customer wants to take advantage of the warranty on a product purchased, it is sufficient to contact the Customer Assistance Service at the number 0549 942775 or the e-mail sale@distribuzioneocchiali.com.

  1. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

The processing of the data has the purposes directly and instrumentally connected to the provision of the requested service. Furthermore, the processing of the data will also be carried out for market surveys, sending advertising material, marketing and commercial information activities related to the products and services of companies that exhibit on the portal, carried out in any way and with any means; detection of the user's degree of satisfaction with the quality of the products and/or services provided and with the activity carried out by the Company that exhibits on the portal, carried out directly or through the work of specialized companies through personal or telephone interviews, questionnaires, etc.

  1. METHODS OF PROCESSING

The data will mainly be processed with electronic and computer tools and stored both on computer media and on paper media and on any other suitable support, in compliance with the minimum security measures under the Technical Regulation on minimum security measures, Annex B of the Code on personal data processing.

  1. OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE ACQUISITION OF DATA

The acquisition of personal data is optional. However, the failure to provide, even partially, the personal data requested for filling out the Registration Form for Access to the Service may result in the inability to proceed with the complete provision of the Service itself.

  1. PERSONS TO WHOM THE DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED

Personal data may be communicated to the personnel of the Company, who carry out the functions of responsible and authorized for the processing; the personnel have been properly instructed in security and privacy matters. The data may also be communicated to companies and/or professionals that carry out activities of a technical, administrative and organizational nature on behalf of the Company, and to companies that carry out market research and/or send commercial and advertising communications.

  1. PRODUCT DELIVERIES

BPro SpA delivers its products within the Italian Territory, the Republic of San Marino, the Vatican City and in all countries of the European Union.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS

If the order exceeds 100.00€ in any case THERE ARE NO SHIPPING COSTS. If the order amount is less than 100.00€ and it is not a cash on delivery, the cost will be 6.00€

  1. COURIER USED

The courier varies depending on the weight, volume of the package and its destination. In Italy, Republic of San Marino, Vatican City: SDA/IPS

  1. DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

BPro SpA reserves two working days for the retrieval of the goods, packaging and completion of the necessary administrative procedures, unless the goods are available in our warehouses (see above). To these days, the time taken by the courier for delivery must then be added. If delivery is not successful, the goods will be returned to BPro SpA and the cost related to the return of the undelivered products will be deducted from the refund of the sums paid.

15.HOW TO BEHAVE UPON DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

When the courier will make the delivery, the customer must verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and otherwise conforms to the standard characteristics of a package.
Any complaints must be raised immediately to the carrier, failing which the product is considered to be delivered correctly. The customer from the moment he receives the damaged goods or requests its redelivery to the carrier has direct and exclusive action against the carrier. The latter is also liable for the delay in the delivery of the goods to the consignee.
BPro SpA in such cases must consider itself exempt from any liability for loss or damage of the goods from the moment they are delivered without reservation to the carrier for transport.

16.WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DAMAGE DUE TO TRANSPORTATION

17.FORMS OF PAYMENT  

BPRO SpA accepts as per current commercial agreements the following forms of payment:
 
-Bank transfer in advance
-Payments by Bank Transfer. Paying by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only after verifying that the credit has been credited to our bank account.
 
The reason for payment on the bank transfer must indicate: the order number, the name and surname of the payer.
-Cash on delivery payments Cash on delivery means payment in cash to the courier upon delivery of the products. The courier accepts only exact sums, corresponding to the amount of the order (it is not possible to have change). We do not accept payment by Bank Checks. In case of amounts OVER € 3000 BPRO SPA reserves the right to request AS THE ONLY PAYMENT BANK TRANSFER.

18.WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DAMAGE DUE TO TRANSPORTATION

BPro SpA has the right to terminate the contract entered into by giving simple notice to the customer with adequate and justified reasons, in which case the customer will be entitled only to a refund of any amount already paid.
